'STOP the poverty'
is a facist philosophy.
Driven by the right-wing,
It's a slogan that they sing.
To make it look like they care
about the poor, dirty, black dude.
This way,
they dont appear to be so crude.
They do'nt spraypaint stop signs,
they do'nt shake and bake,
and they do'nt drink lemonade and lime.

I love the name of your blog as well as the layout. Which group do we fall into ? the capitalist facists or those who truly care and are moved to action? maybe we sway between the two. look forward to more posts - maybe some analysis of current events?

what im reading into this poem, is something along the lines of people pretending to be concerned about poverty but very complaisent in their cushy lives..
please elaborate as i would love to know what is behind this poem
